National Division One League side, Techiman Eleven Wonders have apologised to supporters for failing to earn promotion to the Ghana Premier League.
The Techiman-based club on Tuesday afternoon locked horns with Bofoakwa Tano in a final game of Zone One in the Division One League.
Unfortunately, the team lost 7-6 on penalties and missed out on securing the final promotion spot to the top-flight league.
In a club statement today, Techiman Eleven Wonders apologised to supporters for the disappointment.
The club has vowed to stay focused and fight back to gain promotion to the Premier League next season.
“We are sorry to all our stakeholders, especially our teeming supporters, the people of Techiman, and the entire Bono East for the disappointment.
“Does how at times the game goes.
“We are thankful to you for your support and we will fight back,” the club statement from Eleven Wonders said.
