The acting head coach of Asante Kotoko, Abdul Gazale has given the assurance to supporters that the team will improve to become stronger with time.
According to him, the players are yet to get used to his instructions and how he wants them to play.
This is why he believes Asante Kotoko could not beat King Faisal on Wednesday night in the Ghana Premier League.
“Before we started the game the instructions were not clear to them. When they begin to understand [we will improve]. And we can’t use one day to do all that. It will take time, but I believe we have started well. It was evident in the second half. If they played the first half like we did in the second half, we could have gotten the needed goals to win the match,” Coach Abdul Gazale said.
Despite being out of the top four of the Ghana Premier League table, the coach is confident that Asante Kotoko can still win the league at the end of the season.
