Deputy coach of Asante Kotoko, David Ocloo beleives their consistency aided them in beating Hearts of Oak.

The Porcupine Warriors maintained their perfect form in the ongoing 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.

In the Matchday 14 games held at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kotoko fought back to record a 3-2 win against Hearts of Oak.

A brace from Steven Mukwala and a goal from Isaac Oppong sealed the win for the Porcupine Warriors as Linda Mtange and Martin Kakari scored the two goals for the Phobians.

Speaking after the game, Ocloo said they won the game due to their consistent performance.

"Gone are the days where form does not count in Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko games but now football is dynamic," he said.

"It keeps changing and that's the difference you saw here today.

"Our victory is due to consistency," he added.

Asante Kotoko now sit 7th on the Premier League log with 22 points and will host Great Olympics in the Matchday 15 games this weekend.
