Bofoakwa Tano head coach, John Eduafo is confident about his outfit survival in the Ghana Premier League at the end of the season.

The Premier League returnees are one place up of the relegation zone, with eight games to end the 2023/24 season.

With 30 points, the Sunyani-based club find themselves in 15th position and must play above themselves to escape the drop at the end of the campaign.

Speaking after his sides stalemate against Nations FC, Eduafo emphasized his outfit will retain their status in the Ghanaian top-flight and has therefore urges the club fans to continue supporting the team.

“We will maintain our status in the Ghana Premier League. The team belongs to the fans, so I will plead with them to keep supporting us and we promise them that, by hook or crook we will survive in the league. In tough times like, we will need the fans most” he told Kessben FM monitored by Footballghana.com.

Bofoakwa Tano will welcome Bechem United to the Sunyani Coronation for matchday 27 of the Ghanaian top-flight on Sunday.
