The English Football Association have fined West Brom and Watford £45k each after both sides failed to control their players when they met at the Hawthorns on December 3rd.

Watford playmakerRoberto Pereyra was sent off in the 84th minute of the game after he reacted angrily to aJames McClean challenge.

His dismissal led to a fracas on the touchline, with both sets of players and touch-line staff getting involved.

At the time, Watford bossWalter Mazzarri was adamantthat his player shouldn't have been sent off, claiming that McClean was in the wrong.

"Pereyra was fouled. He was on the floor and his rival kept fouling him. He stood up and gave a small push and that's when I went to separate them," he told the BBC.
