Black Princesses forward, Abdulai Mukarama has bemoaned big chances in the game against Ethiopia in their first football match at the 13th African Games.

The Ghana U20 women’s national team locked horns with their counterpart from Ethiopia on Saturday night.

Despite challenges with the floodlights, the Black Princesses stayed focused and secured a narrow 1-0 win.

Speaking ahead of Ghana’s game against Tanzania tomorrow, Mukarama Abdulai said the team has worked on the goal-scoring challenges and will do better.

“The first game didn’t go as planned, it didn't go the way we all wanted, especially missing chances that we could have scored.

''Our fans expected more but going into the second match, we have worked on what didn’t go well for us and the coaches have worked on areas we lacked individually and as a group,” the Black Princesses forward said.

Ghana’s Black Princesses will play Tanzania on Tuesday, March 12, at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
