Wisla Krakow eager to keep Ghana attacker Yaw Yeboah beyond current contract

Polish Ekstraklasa club, Wisla Krakow are keen on keeping Ghana attacker Yaw Yeboah at the club beyond the length of his current contract.

The former Black Meteors captain joined the Polish top-flight club in 2020 when he ended his stay in Spain after spending years with CD Numancia.

Although he made a good account of himself in his debut season in Poland, it is this season that he has blown to become a star in the Ekstraklasa.

It is no fluke that his spectacular goal for Wisla Krakow in the 3-1 win against Gornik Leczna has gone viral all over the world.

Amid the spotlight on Yaw Yeboah, officials of Wisla Krakow have resorted to do all they can to keep the attacker at the club.

Club insiders have disclosed that the club is aware it will be difficult to keep hold of the Ghanaian forward for long if he continues to performance at the current levels.

As a result of the player’s impressive form at Wisla Krakow, he has earned a call-up to the Ghana national team.

He is currently training with the Black Stars as the team prepares to face Ethiopia and South Africa in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
