World Cup 2022: Black Stars will fight with passion in final group game against Uruguay – Otto Addo

Head coach of the Ghana national team, Coach Otto Addo has assured Ghanaians that the Black Stars will fight with passion in the game against Uruguay.

After losing to Portugal and beating South Korea, the Ghana national team will on Friday, December 2, take on Uruguay in the final Group H match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Ahead of the game, Coach Otto Addo says he is happy the Black Stars have gradually picked up and doing well.

In a pre-match interview, the Germany-trained tactician said his players are ready and will fight with passion to secure the needed result to advance to the knockout stage of the world cup.

“We are gradually picking up and I know the boys will show a lot of fight and a lot of passion. I am sure our efforts will be rewarded and we will go to the next stage,” Coach Otto Addo said as quoted on the website of the Ghana FA.

The game between Ghana and Uruguay is scheduled to kick off at 15:00GMT on Friday.

The Black Stars need a win or a draw to book a place at the Round 16 stage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
