South Korea coach Paulo Bento expects talisman Son Heung-min to come to the party against Ghana in their second group game at the 2022 World Cup.

South Korea put on a spirited display in their opening match in Qatar, earning a hard-fought draw against Uruguay.

A win over Ghana would give them a good chance of moving on to the knockout stage of the competition.

“He was recently injured and was also adapting, trying to feel comfortable with the face mask. First he needed to feel at ease with his teammates and afterwards with the opponents."

The second game will be different,” Paulo Bento said ahead of the game.

Son has been one of the most in-form players at Tottenham this season, scoring five goals and providing two assists in 19 appearances so far.

The match is scheduled for the Education City stadium on Monday, November 28, 2022 at (13:00 GMT).

South Korea are second in Group H with one point.
