Outspoken football agent,Mino Raiola, has suggested it is likely that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will remain at Old Trafford at the conclusion of this season, according totalkSPORT.

The Swede has proved an instant success at Manchester United after joining for free from Ligue 1 champions PSG in the summer.

The striker has already bagged 16 goals in all competitions for his new club and has proven that age is merely a number, after some critics had raised doubts about his ability to perform now he is into his mid thirties.

Having only signed a one-year deal with the Red Devils, Ibrahimovic will become a free agent next summer, although United are understood to be keen to extend the striker's stay for at least another year.

And whilst the Swede has been linked with a move to the money-filled Chinese Super League, hisagent Mino Raiola, has hinted that his client is likely to take up the offer of another year at Old Trafford.

Raiola told talkSPORT:"There is a big chance that there will be a second year.We had already included that in the contract so it is not new for us and Manchester United. Both parties are very happy with that.

"It is more a question of time or when rather than if."

Ibrahimovic's agent also rubbished rumours linking his client to with a move to the Far East and insisted that money did not play a factor in any decisions made by the two.

Raiola added, "Thatwas also last year and he chose not to take it to come to England and that showed his spirit.

"The boy is not done yet. He still has it in him. He still has the fire that he wants to win, that he wants to perform, and if it was only money he was after, he would not be at Manchester United."
