LaLiga president Javier Tebas is adamant Lionel Messi won't be leaving Barcelona.
There remains no confirmation from Barca nor Messi about him signing a new contract, despite claims of terms having been agreed.
"Messi has a contract which has been renewed," said Tebas, at a media event organised by Europa Press.
"Contracts are official when they are signed and not when it is announced that they have been signed. Messi has signed with Barcelona, if I have not been lied to, he has signed."
