Ghana midfielder Mubarak Wakaso has joined Panathinaikos in the Greek league. Wakaso signed a three year deal with the Greek side after passing a medical.
The 24-yeqr-old will be hoping to make massive use of this opportunity after having loan spells in the last two seasons since he joined Russian side Rubin Kazan.
Last season Wakaso played a total of 22 league games for Spanish side Las Palmas and scored a goal in La Liga.
With experience of having played for Espanyol, Elche, Villareal and Celtic, the Ghanaian is expected to boost Panathinaikos as they look to reclaim their glory days both on the domestic scene and in Europe.
