After a goalless first half, the home side wasted no time in announcing their intentions after Abdul Mugeese netted six minutes into the last half.
Karela United seized control of the game afterwards chasing the equalizer.
The visitors created several chances but could not find the back of the bet.
Eleven Wonders took advantage, after Karela were reduced to ten men.
Abdul Mugeese got his second of the game with just 20 minutes left when he nodded one past the Karela goalkeeper.
Eleven Wonders have recorded their second win of the campaign and a third defeat for Karela this season.
