2019/20 GHPL Match Report: Dreams FC and Legon Cities FC play out goalless draw in Dawu

Dreams FC and Legon Cities FC played out a 0-0 draw on match day three of the Ghana Premier League in Dawu on Sunday. 

Legon Cities FC denied Dreams FC from recording a third consecutive victory in the league as both sides shared the spoils.

The home side made a quick start to the game when Emmanuel Ocran put Philemon Baffour through but his shot came off the upright.

Former Black Stars goalkeeper Fatau Dauda came to the rescue of the visitors after he pulled off an brilliant saves to keep the score level.

Legon Cities created chances after chances as Sadick Sulley fired a shot after a quick one-two but the ball was tipped over goalkeeper Peter Sarkodie.

After the recess, Sulley dribbled past two players and shot at goal but the ball was again saved by the goalkeeper.

Both teams failed to find the back of the net as they shared the points. The result moved Dream FC to 4th with seven points, while Legon Cities drop to 13th with two points on the league standings.
