2021 Ghana Premier League: "I will score against Aduana Stars regardless of when we play them" - Hearts of Oak forward Kwadwo Obeng Jnr

Hearts of Oak forward Kwadwo Obeng Jnr says he's going to score in their outstanding Premier League game against Aduana Stars on Wednesday.

Obeng Jnr was on target for Hearts of Oak over the weekend as they thrashed Dreams FC 3-0 at the Accra Sports stadium to secure their first win of the season.

The youngster made this declaration earlier prior to the start of the league that he's going to hit the net against the 'Ogya' lads but the game got rescheduled due to issues of coronavirus.

In an interview with Kumasi-based Fox FM, the 21-year-old emphasized by saying he is very hopeful he will score against Aduana come Wednesday.

"My goal in Dormaa is patiently waiting for me. Just like I said earlier, I will score against Aduana Stars regardless of when we play them," he said.

On the golden boot award by the end of the season, he added, " The main target for me this season is to help my club win the league but I will wish to add the goal king to it to make it a very special moment for me."

Obeng Jnr has scored made four appearances and scored three goals for Hearts of Oak so far this season.
