The Ghana Premier League enters match week seven and Bibiani Gold Stars will take on struggling Medeama on Wednesday.
The Western derby will take place at DUN’s Park before the topflight halts for the 2022 World Cup.
Gold Stars will be looking to continue their upward trajectory on the league table with a win over Medeama, who have lost their last four league games.
The Premier League newcomers are 9th with nine points following their impressive 3-0 away over fellow league debutants Samartex FC.
Gold Stars are unbeaten in their last games, defeating King Faisal and Samartex FC respectively.
Medeama, on the other hand, will be aiming to bounce back to winning ways with coach David Duncan under pressure after losing to Asante Kotoko at home.
The Mauve and Yellows lie 14th on the league log with six points after six matches played so far.
