In a spirited performance, the reigning Ghana FA Cup holders inflicted a 2-0 win over Great Olympics to secure maximum points in the thrilling encounter.

The first half of the game ended in a pulsating goalless draw, as both teams struggled to find the back of the net.

After the halftime break, Dreams FC showed determination and resilience to secure victory over the two-time Ghana league champions after founding the back of the net twice in a space of two minutes

Dreams FC wasted no time to open the scoring after the halftime break through Ishmael Dede, who found the back of the net three minutes into the second half.

The home team sealed victory in the 50th minute mark through Eric Boateng.

Coach Karim Zito’s side have now recorded a back to back wins in the Ghana Premier League after triumphing over Kotoko last weekend.

The win sends Dreams FC to the 14th position with 14 points whiles Great Olympics sit 6th spot with 15 points.
