Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu insists Ghana will not succumb to any disgrace in Alexandria prior to their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Egypt. The versatile midfielder has reiterated the need for self belief and focus, adding that, they would not be disrupted by the Egyptians who have been vociferous ahead of the highly-anticipated match.

“We are aware of the expectation of Ghanaians. We have no injuries in camp and whatever be the case I believe by the grace of God we’ll not disgrace Ghanaians. “We’re poised for Sunday’s action, we shall do whatever it takes to get all three points in Egypt, “he told GFA spokesman, Saanie Darra.

He added: “We are ever-ready for the clash because of the significance of the clash, and we shall prove our critics wrong.” Ghana needs a win away in Egypt following their poor start to the qualifying campaign after seeing out a 0-0 draw at home to Uganda in their first game while the Pharaohs picked maximum points away to Congo.
