Black Stars striker Abdul Majeed Waris has moved closer to joining Asamoah Gyan in Turkey as he nears a move to Bursaspor.
Reports in France indicate that the move is 90% complete with the player set to agree personal terms with the Turkish side.
Lorient were relegated from the French Ligue 1 last season and have already lost Cameroonian Captain Benjamin Moukandjo to Chinese side Jiangsu Suning.
Waris has had a spell in Turkey when he played for Trabzonspor in 2015. The former Right to Dream Academy product scored 8 goals for Lorient last season in Ligue 1.
Bursaspor finished 14th in the Turkish league last season and will be counting on Waris to better that position this season.
