Ghanaian international Alfred Duncan has been handed the number 88 jersey at Fiorentina following his switch from Sassuolo.
The hardworking midfielder secured a transfer from his former club to the Florence-based side on deadline day of the winter transfer window.
At Fiorentina’s pre-match press conference ahead of their meeting with Sampdoria in the coming weekend, Alfred Duncan has been given the number 88 jersey.
The budding midfielder has been training with his new teammates in the last couple of days and is in contention to mark his debut for the Viola on Sunday.
It will however depend on his manager and the technical team of the club who have been monitoring his input in training this week.
