A brace from Wayne Routledge and a goal apiece from Rhian Brewster and Liam Cullen steered the side to the away win with George Puscas grabbing a consolation goal for Reading.

As a result of Stoke City’s victory against Nottingham Forest, Swansea have managed to sneak into the top 6. A position that merits a place in the playoff to the English Premier League.

The 30-year-old Ghanaian has been instrumental for the Swans all season -making 45 appearances and scoring 15 goals while providing eight assists.

With Cardiff City also winning their game against Hull City they have secured qualification to the play-off.
