Annor Walker 'does not' want to coach Hearts of Oak - Vincent Odotei

Board member of Hearts of Oak Vincent Sowah Odotei has confirmed that the club will not appoint former Great Olympics trainer Annor Walker as head coach.

The current Black Galaxies coach is among two coaches that have been linked to the vacant position since the club parted ways with coach Samuel Boadu.

Hearts of Oak have appointed David Ocloo as the club's assistant coach and is assisted by U-20 coach, Samuel Nii Noi.

"Coach Annor Walker does not want to coach Accra Hearts Of Oak and this is the truth what I can say is that if He wanted to coach Hearts we would have brought him to Hearts Of Oak."

"He does not want to coach Hearts of oak that's all I can say" Sowah Odotei told Hot FM.

Hearts' interim coach Ocloo parted ways with Asante Kotoko ahead of the 2022/2023 season.

He was part of the Porcupine Warriors technical team headed by Prosper Narteh Ogum, that won the 2021/2022 Ghana Premier League.

He has previous managed Marantha of Togo, Sahel Sporting Club in Niger, WA All Stars and Liberty Professionals.
