Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are all willing to make offers for Torino striker Andrea Belotti.

However, none of the trio have met Belotti's €100 million buyout clause.

Tuttosport says Arsenal are willing to offer €60m to sign Belotti, while both Chelsea and Manchester United would go to €70m.

But Toro president Urbano Cairo insists he won't leave for less than his escape clause.

The Italian international scored 28 goals in 38 games in all competitions this season, as well as providing seven assists.
