Arsenal legend David Seaman says Arsene Wenger should follow the lead of Manchester United rival Jose Mourinho.
Seaman made 564 appearances for the club and won eight major trophies.
He told talkSPORT: "They have got to tighten it up at the back. It has been way too long since they won the league.
"Mourinho has gone into Manchester United and won three trophies last season.
"Ok, they are not playing the best football, but it is not negative football. It is building on a defence and that is what we did at Arsenal for a long time. We need to get back to that.
"When I went to Arsenal, we didn't play the most attractive football but it was effective football and it won trophies.
"It is all about winning trophies, for me."
