Arsenal midfielder Jon Toral is on the move again.
The Daily Mail says Hull are close to signing Toral on loan from Arsenal.
The 22-year-old Spaniard has been on loan at Brentford, Birmingham City and Rangers in recent seasons.
Watford striker Isaac Success is also being lined up for a loan move to Hull City.
