The only remaining outstanding fixture in the Ghana Premier League will be cleared today, Wednesday, April 5.
It will be a clash between Ashanti Regional rivals Asante Kotoko and King Faisal Football Club.
The game is a Round 21 encounter that should have been played last month.
However, due to the use of the Baba Yara Sports Stadium by the Black Stars of Ghana in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualification match against Angola, the game was postponed.
With the Ghana Premier League taking a short break for Easter in the upcoming weekend, the GFA has paved way for the outstanding fixture to be cleared in midweek.
All is now set for Asante Kotoko to welcome King Faisal to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium later tonight.
The crucial game in the league is scheduled to kick off at 19:00GMT. A win will ensure the Porcupine Warriors break into the top four of the league standings.
Meanwhile, a win also helps King Faisal to climb further away from the relegation zone.
