Asante Kotoko midfielder Baba Yahaya has set sights on securing victory over Bechem United in the Ghana Premier League week 24 clash.

The Porcupine Warriors will face the Hunters on Saturday at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park as both teams aim for maximum points in the upcoming fixture.

The record Ghana Premier League holders are in a challenging period having gone four matches without a win for the first time in 14 years, resulting in a downturn in form.

Currently lying 10th on the league table, the team is gearing up to face Bechem United this weekend.

Kotoko aims to turn the tide and secure a positive result against the Hunters, as they strive to reclaim their winning form and propel themselves up the league standings.

Ahead of the clash, Baba Yahaya, who joined Kotoko before the start of the season says he is hoping his outfit pick maximum points.

“God willing, we are going to beat Bechem United. We always find it difficult to beat Bechem United at the Nana Fosu Park but we’ve engaged ourselves as players and going in with all seriousness to pick the three points” he said.
