Asante Kotoko midfielder Justice Blay has shared his excitement after making an injury return in his side win against Accra Lions.
The former Medeama star, who has been sidelined for several months returned to action on when the Porcupine Warriors played Accra Lions in the week 4 of the Ghana Premier League.
Blay made substitute appearance on his return to action as Kotoko cruised to a narrow victory over the Accra-based club.
Kalo Ouattara’s late strike ensured Kotoko secure their first win of the Ghana Premier League season.
“I give thanks to God for helping me in my recovery and also to everyone who supported me in prayers after a long injury. I’m happy to have return to action against Accra Lions and also help the team win. In fact, the entire playing body are happy with the win” he said.
Kotoko will host Aduana Stars in the week five of the Ghana Premier League this weekend.
