AshantiGold drop Saddick Adams from 30-man squad for CAF Confederation Cup

Ghana Premier League side AshantiGold SC have dropped Saddick Adams from their 30-man squad for the CAF Confederation Cup which starts next season, Footballghana.com can report.

The former Asante Kotoko striker was omitted from the Miners squad for the upcoming Confederation Cup due to his unconvincing output, according to the club technical handlers.

The 29-year-old joined Ashanti Gold SC on a free transfer after his contract with the Porcupine Warriors was terminated.

Saddick failed to live up to expectation at the Len Clay Stadium outfit since joining them last year.

AshantiGold SC will begin their CAF Confederation Cup campaign with Equatorial Guinea side Akonangui FC.
