Atletico Madrid have completed the signing of Racing Club striker Lautaro Martinez.
Martinez, 20, will join Atletico for a fee of €12m.
The Argentine has penned a long-term contract with Atletico, dependant on a successful medical examination, which will run until 2024.
Martinez, however, will not join up with Diego Simeone's side until next summer, with the young star remaining at his home club on loan until the end of this season.
