Bayern Munich coach Carlo Ancelotti insists Renato Sanches could yet stay with them this season.
The midfielder is being linked with Manchester United and AC Milan.
With the Portugal international on tour with the Bundesliga champions in Singapore, Ancelotti says there will be no quick solution to his future and suggested he may even stay for a second season.
Ancelotti said: "The market stops August 31 at the moment he is working with us and training with us. When we have time to take a decision together it can be a possibility.
"[It is] also a possibility he stays with us and helps us."
