Bechem United boss broods over poor first round performance

Head coach of Bechem United, Bismark Kobby Mensah feels disappointed with the performance of his team after the first round of the Zylofon Cash Premier League.

He says the team failed to win a single game in May which has left them in a poor position after 15 rounds of games.

“I’m not impressed with our performance in the first round. Because, for the month of April, we had a superb run but things turned around in May where we failed to register even a win. That has left us disappointed for the entire first round,” he told the media.

Kobby Mensah emphasized that the team are bereft of quality and that, it is hindering the progress of the club in the league.

“We don’t have any problem concern us playing at home. Just that we don’t have a strong team.

“We failed to make additions to the team during the window. Playing our opponents here have been difficult for us because we have an average team.”

Bechem United finished the first round of the Zylofon Cash Premier League on the 10th position with 19 points.
