Bechem United vows to mesmerize Hearts of Oak

President of high flying Bechem United, Kingsley Owusu Achaw has promised a resounding victory over Hearts of Oak in the week 26 of the Ghana Premier League (GPL).

Bechem United have hit top form in their recent games in the GPL after winning against teams like Medeama SC and the most impressive team in the second round Ebusua Dwarfs at the Cape Coast Gyandu Park, which has propelled them from 11th to 7th position on the league log with four matches to the close of the league.

And these impressive outings of the club have piqued the head of the side to express defiance ahead of the game against the Phobians, who have displayed nearly perfect away form this season away from their favourite ground Accra sports stadium this season, with their only away defeat thus far in the league coming against WAFA.

“Beating Hearts of Oak at Bechem wouldn’t be a surprise for me because of what we’ve been able to do in our recent games. I think after beating the almighty Medeama SC and a team that has not lost at home game for a while, Ebusua Dwarfs, I don’t see why we can replicate that form against Hearts of Oak, though I know the win won’t cheap because they’re also gunning for the league title but trust me, we’ll carry the day.”

“The boys are well motivated to pick the maximum points. They have nothing to worry about ahead of this match because their bonus has been fully paid, whenever they play and win on weekend, first thing on Monday their bonuses are paid fully, and so I don’t know what else a player would want from a management like ours. And on top of the fat bonus, we have promised them a big party after the game and all the chiefs around Bechem will be also be present at the stadium to witness the match.”

“We’ve promised them to just avoid defeat because that could help us in achieving our ambition of finishing in the top 4, but from the preparations we’ve had during the week I don’t see Hearts escaping our wrath on Sunday.”
