Bibiani Goldstars midfielder Frank Amankwah has set sights on helping the club to finish in the ten teams at the end of the Ghana Premier League campaign.

Despite being unimpressive, Amankwah is confident his side can make the top ten at the end of the 2023/24 league season.

The Miners has been inconsistent this season, winning seven games, drawing eight and losing eight after 23 matches so far this season.

With eleven games to end the season, Goldstars find themselves on the 13th position on the Premier League standings with 29 points.

Amankwah, who has been impressive for Goldstars has targeted to ten finish with the club.

“We want to secure maximum points in remaining Ghana Premier League games. We are no content with our position on the league standings so we have to do everything possible to change the situation”

“Our aim is to finish among the first ten teams at the end of the season. We placed 5th last season, so we don’t have drop deep this season” he said.

The 29-year-old has made eleven appearances in the Premier League for Goldstars, scoring one goal in the process.
