Captain of the Black Starlets Eric Ayiah says he admires Real Madrid and Portuguese forward Cristiano as well Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan.
The young striker who has taken the Africa Junior Championship by storm following his four goals in three games praised the Portuguese work ethics and desire to score in every game.
Eric Ayiah admires the leadership qualities of Asamoah Gyan insisting the Black Stars captain has some fighting spirit in him a quality he wants to emulate.
“I love strikers and my favourites are Ronaldo of Portugal and Real Madrid; and Asamoah Gyan of Black Stars,” Ayiah told CAFonline.com
“I like Ronaldo because of his seriousness on the field, he always wants to score and win; and I like Gyan for his fighting spirit and because he is the captain of our national team, Black Stars.” The 17 year old added.
The Black Starlets topped group A after a pulsating draw with Guinea at the Africa Junior Championship and will play the runners up in Group B.
Ghana will be one of Africa’s contingents at the Under 17 world cup to held in India in October.
