Fiorentina striker Kelvin Prince Boateng describes his Former Barcelona teammate Ousmane Dembele as a Child in an interview he granted Sports Bild.

"It is like a child to me. You have to accept it as it is and yes, it can happen that you arrive late for training sometimes. There are players who do it as a gesture of defiance, but with him it is different.

"It is simply like a small child. The problem, not only with Dembélé, is that young professional players earn too much money. It is not possible for a young man at 18 to earn € 4 million a year. And if he receives it, the money must be managed in a that he sees as little as possible.

"For me, he's still a boy swimming in a giant pool. He suddenly cost €150m and still doesn't know how everything works."

Boateng, despite his huge talent, failed to make a significant mark in England because of his poor attitude on and off the field which he blames on Lavish lifestyle and not treating football like a job

I was an idiot. I had talent, but I trained the bare minimum, an hour on the field. I was the last to arrive and the first to leave. I’d be out with friends. I had money, I lived like a king. I’d never been to the gym. That changes your later career,” he said.

Kevin-Prince Boateng currently plays for Italian side Fiorentina Boateng revealed that he purchased a Lamborghini, a Hummer and a Cadillac, all in a day, as he lived like a ‘king’, something he regrets now.
