Premier Soccer League [PSL] side, Kaizer Chiefs have expressed their interest in signing Kwadwo Asamoah.
The Ghana international is now a free agent after parting ways with Inter Milan over last week.
Serie A side, Sampdoria is a club that is believed they could sign Asamoah on a free transfer.
However, according to a report filed by Soccerladuma.co.za, Chiefs have expressed their interest in signing the 31-year-old wing-back despite their transfer ban.
Asamoah was a key player for inter Milan but struggled for playing time after recovering from injury.
He was axed from Inter's squad in their Europa League squad and was not named among the team squad for the 2020/21 Serie A season.
Meanwhile, Chiefs have also confirmed their interest in signing former Ghana midfielder, Sulley Muntari.
