Hasaacas Ladies head coach, Yusif Basigi has warned his side not to underestimate AS Mande on matchday two of the ongoing CAF Women's Champions League in Egypt.

The Malian side suffered a 3-1 loss to hosts Wadi Degla in the opening game while the Ghanaian champions cruised to a 3-1 win over Equatorial Guinea’s Malabo Kings on Friday in their opening game.

Hasaacas Ladies need one more win to reach the semifinals and continue their fairytale dream of being the first-ever African women’s club champions.

"We won our first game and it’s over. It’s behind us. AS Mande is a very good side that we cannot underestimate," coach Basigi said at his pre-match press conference.

"They have a good midfield, maybe needs a bit of organizing in the defense. Their second-half game is very strong as well.

"For them losing their second game would hurt them, so they’ll give us a hard game. This is why we will do everything we can to pass this test."

According to Hasaacas Ladies forward Pokuaa Milot Abena, the team is prepared for the crucial game on Monday.

"We prepared very well. Every team is here as a champion, so we prepared for this. I’m excited to recover and start with my team soon." Abena added.

"We are a team; we do everything together. Even if I don’t play, I’m there for my team."
