Items donated included 1000 exercise books with his photo on the front and back page, provisions, food drinks, toiletries, cooking oil and bags of rice.

The right-footed defender expressed how happy he was when he spoke to outlet sportsworldghana.com

"Grateful to be blessed like this. Decided to print 1000 schoolbooks and donate it to schools in and orphanages in Kumasi. Goosebumps all over my body knowing that I have been able to donate 1000 textbooks to children who don’t have the possibilities like me how I have been educated in Holland, that motivates me to try and help for the local schools and orphanages in Kumasi hopefully I can do this more and bigger in the future,” he said.

"Great to see that the children are happy with provisions and all it gives them the possibility to be free to study from books,"

"There is no better feeling than contributing to a better world especially my own country stay tuned for more. God is great," he concluded.
