Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo has revealed that confidence is oozing at Bournemouth following the impressive results they have grinned in their recent games.

The Cherries have won four out of their last five games, and are on the brink of securing their status in the Premier League for another season.

Bournemouth is currently placed 13th on the Premier League log, with 39 points from 34 games.

Semenyo scored his first goal for the club in their 4-1 win over Leeds United on Sunday, having played 10 games for the club since joining from Bristol City in January, with most of them as a substitute.

"Confidence is oozing," he said to the club's media. "Everyone is working hard for each other. Everyone is striving every day, challenging each other.

"The results today and Thursday are great. You can hear the music in the background, everyone is happy and everyone is buzzing, but we've got four more games to go. We need to keep going and get some more wins. I have to say we are safe for now."
