Crystal Palace ace Jeffery Schlupp trains at home amidst Coronavirus pandemic

Ghana and Crystal Palace midfielder, Jeffery Schlupp has continued his efforts to regaining full fitness at home amidst the Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19).

The Covid-19 after spreading to nearly every country in the world has affected live as we know it including all sporting activities.

The English Premier League has not been spared and has been affected as well. Due to the record of the virus in England, sporting activities including the EPL has been suspended indefinitely.

In bid to get back to full fitness in waiting for the resumption of the season, Black Stars asset Jeffery Schlupp who has not made an appearance for Crystal Palace since picking up an injury during a match against Watford in December 2019 has continued training at home.

He has posted a video of himself working out at home while he engages in several sessions to get back in shape.
