Crystal Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni is happy with his leadership role at the club.
The Argentine enjoys helping either new players or youngsters coming through to the first team just how much it means to represent the Eagles.
He told the Croydon Advertiser: "I always do that, it's part of me. Whenever someone comes in or a young player is coming through into the first team, they need to know what it means to play for Crystal Palace.
"It is special and something they need to understand. What does it mean for me to play for Crystal Palace? Everything.
"It is my home. Almost all through these 14 years, the way I feel about this club, I can't really explain it.
