Crystal Palace forward Jordan Ayew has expressed his admiration for new manager Oliver Glasner, attributing the club's recent success to his leadership.

Under Glasner's guidance, Palace has embarked on an impressive unbeaten streak in the Premier League, securing victories against formidable opponents like Liverpool and Manchester United during their last six outings.

The Austrian tactician took the reins from veteran manager Roy Hodgson in September, inheriting a team positioned 15th on the league table at the time of his appointment.

With their final match against Aston Villa looming, coupled with favorable outcomes elsewhere, the Eagles stand a chance to clinch a commendable 10th-place finish in the league standings.

He emphasizing the positive impact of Glasner's approach: "Now, obviously, there's a new manager who has come in and he's brought in his style, his winning mentality, his desire every day in training and on matchdays. A lot of things have changed and we're on the right direction," Jordan said in an interview with the club.

Amidst the team's resurgence, Ayew has been a standout performer for Palace throughout the season. Garnering accolades such as the club's Player of the Month in both August and February, he has showcased his prowess with four goals and eight assists in 36 appearances across all competitions.
