Board member for SC Freiburg, Jochen Saier has heaped praise on new signing Daniel-Kofi Kyereh insisting that he will use his qualities to help the team next.
On Monday, June 27, 2022, the German Bundesliga club announced the signing of the talented Ghana forward from FC St. Pauli.
“The sports club is strengthening with Daniel-Kofi Kyereh. The 26-year-old comes from FC St. Pauli and will join the team next week.
“The German-Ghanaian is the current Ghanaian international and has played twelve international matches for the Black Stars,” a club statement from SC Freiburg said.
Speaking after the signing of the Black Stars attacker, Jochen Saier who is a board member for SC Freiburg said, “Kofi has an exceptional amount of creativity with the ball, is intelligent and goal-oriented. These qualities will help us and do our game good.”
He continued, "He is a player who has developed step by step over the past few years and has quickly adapted to each higher level. Kofi still has potential and his game can be even more complete - we will work on that together."
Daniel-Kofi Kyereh is expected to start pre-season with his new team next week.
