Top Ghanaian referee Daniel Nii Laryea has been named among a 24-man list for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
CAF announced the list of officials for the tournament on Wednesday with Laryea the only Ghanaian selected.
The 32 year old will join the elite group of referees set to go to Morocco to begin preparations ahead of the continental showpiece.
The tournament runs from 21st June to 19th July.
Laryea, who holds a FIFA badge, has been one of the centre referees used during CAF’s inter-clubs competition.
Last year, he was selected for the CHAN tournament in Morocco.
He was among the referees selected for the 2017 African Youth Championship in Gabon and the 2017 WAFU Cup of Nations hosted by Ghana in September.
