Defender Denis Odoi extends Fulham stay with 2-year contract extension

Belgian defender of Ghanaian roots, Denis Odoi has penned a new 2-year contract with English Premier League outfit Fulham Football Club.

The experienced defender has been at the club for the past 4 years when he joined the team from Belgian side Lokeren.

With the starting of the new football season in England, Fulham has decided to tie down the defender to a new contract.

“The Club is delighted to announce that Denis Odoi has agreed a contract extension”, an official statement from Fulham has said today.

It continued, “The defender has put pen to paper on an additional two years, with an option for a further 12 months. The new deal will keep Denis at the Club until at least the summer of 2022”.

Last season, Odoi was key for Fulham when they excelled in the Championship to gain promotion to the English Premier League.
