The agent of Dominic Eshun, Amos Jude Arthur has stated that Hearts of Oak have every right to sign the player.
Following the unveiling of Eshun as Hearts of Oak's new signing, his former club Karela have come out to say the player's move is illegal since he is still under contract with the club.
Karela are even planing to report Hearts of Oak to FIFA on what what they claim as an unlawful signing of the player.
But according to his agent, Amos Arthur, Karela have no existing contract with the winger, hence his move to Hearts is legitimate.
"I am aware of his move to Hearts of Oak and i also have the contract i signed on behalf of Eshun with Karela, that contract ended in October this year so he is eligible to join any club," he told Joy Fm
"Hearts are right and for me have done nothing wrong in signing my player, i am planning to go and meet Karela so we can settle everything.
