DONE DEAL: Josh Onomah pens Spurs deal ahead of Aston Villa move

Published on: 04 August 2017

Tottenham whizkid Josh Onomah has penned a new deal ahead of joining Aston Villa today.

The Sun says Onomah has signed a new long term deal at White Hart Lane – and has gone straight out on-loan to Villa.

The 20-year-old has penned a new deal with the Premier League side until 2021 and has headed off to Villa Park to continue his development.

The Championship side have pulled off a coup by beating Scottish giants Celtic to the Tottenham man's signature.

The Scottish champions were in pole-position to land the 20-year-old midfielder following his standout performances for England Under-20s this summer.

Villa boss Steve Bruce moved quickly to bag Onomah following the loss of Jack Grealish until December.
