Assistant coach of Dreams FC, Winfred Dormon has expressed his delight at the team’s narrow win in the MTN FA Cup quarter-finals against Legon Cities FC.
Speaking in a post-match interview, the coach said he was impressed with the attitude of players that has now propelled the team to reach the semi-finals of the domestic cup competition.
“I am very relieved, very impressed with the attitude of the players. In fact, it didn’t come the easy way. It was a very difficult game,” coach Winfred Dormon said.
The Dreams FC assistant coach added, ''...The attitude, the energy of the boys was there. We were committed to winning this game. So I must commend the boys. The general attitude of the team was very very good. I am so impressed that once again we have qualified to the semifinals.”
After the Legon Cities FC game, Dreams FC are turning their attention to the Ghana Premier League where the team is not doing so well.
Next weekend, the team will face off with King Faisal away from home.
