Egyptian Premier League side Ceramica Cleopatra are set to sign Ghanaian midfielder Maxwell Baakoh on a free transfer, according GHANASoccernet.com
The 25-year-old has touched down in North Africa to complete his move to top-flight side.
Baakoh is current without a club after rejecting a contract extension from Asante Kotoko.
His two-year deal with Kotoko run out in October, 2020.
The highly-rated midfielder could end up playing alongside countryman Kwame Bonsu who close to sealing a move to Ceramica Cleopatra from Tunisian side Esperance.
Ceramica Cleopatra, a newly-promoted side, have signed some quality players like Mohamed Ibrahim, Mido Gaber, Fonsinho and Ragab Bakar.
